Meet Our Founder
Dr. Lakshmi Arangan is a medical doctor, researcher, and educator with a strong passion for lifelong learning and knowledge sharing. With her diverse background in medicine, pharmacology, and research training from Harvard University, she founded Falcon Learning Ventures LLC with the vision of making high-quality education and writing support accessible to all. Her leadership blends academic excellence with a warm, learner-centered approach that inspires students and professionals alike to grow and achieve their full potential.

Meet Our Operations Director
Mrs. Preethy Joseph brings a wealth of experience in education management and student engagement. Passionate about student well-being and personal development, she believes that every learner deserves guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to succeed. At Falcon Learning Ventures, she ensures that every initiative reflects the company’s commitment to care, quality, and meaningful learning experiences.
Other Team members include Teaching faculty in medical subjects, Biostatisticians with doctorate degrees and years of experience, Clinical Psychologists, Medical writers and Enthusiastic STEM trainers

Dr Vishnu is a highly accomplished Nephrologist with over 10 years of clinical experience in Teaching and Patient care. Renowned for a blend of clinical expertise and academic excellence, He has trained and mentored numerous medical students and residents, earning recognition as an inspiring and effective teacher. With a strong passion for advancing medical education, Dr. Vishnu brings exceptional leadership, insight, and commitment to ensuring that all academic programs under Falcon Learning Ventures maintain the highest standards of clinical relevance and educational quality.
